Pricing

Product pricing is listed on the applicable offer order form.

Payment

A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total order value is required at checkout. Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards are accepted. The remaining balance will be charged automatically once the order arrives at the NLC warehouse.

Orders with unpaid balances after 10 days of notification may be considered abandoned and disposed of at NLC’s discretion.

All sales are final. No cancellations, modifications, returns, or refunds are permitted.

Minimum Order Quantities

Minimum order quantities vary by offer. NLC reserves the right to cancel orders where product demand is insufficient to support fulfillment.

Ordering

Orders must be submitted through the NLC eCommerce platform. Products are available only during the applicable offer period and cannot be included in multiple offers simultaneously.

Delivery & Pickup

Estimated delivery timelines will be provided with each offer. While NLC will make reasonable efforts to meet estimated timelines, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

Orders will be held for a maximum of ninety (90) days from the date of customer order arrival notification at the NLC store. Weekly pickup reminder notifications may be issued during this period. Orders not picked up within 90 days will be considered abandoned and may be disposed of at NLC’s discretion. No refunds will be issued for unclaimed orders.
